Hock Chye is the Former Auditor General for Asian Development Bank.

He has over 30 years of broad-based international experience in governance, risk, and internal control at the Asian Development Bank, the World Bank, the United Nations Development Programme and Ernst & Young at senior levels.

Hock-Chye is a founding member of AuditWithoutWalls!, an online knowledge-sharing platform for auditors. With his vast experience, he also serves on several commitees as an advisor namely at Rutgers University (USA), Hospis Malaysia and World Meteorological Organization (UN, Geneva).
