Prashant has a brilliant track record in building and managing teams, handling multi-country projects and tactical implementations. He is also a proven leader whose strengths lie in Communications, Content Development and Market Leadership. 

He is the former Managing Director of Korn Ferry. Before joining Korn Ferry, Prashant held senior leadership roles at AON, Astro and Mercer.
