- Inclusive of and not limited to diversity management, organisational culture, change management, and organisational development.
- All aspects of Human Resource Management including talent management, employee engagement, and motivation as well as job satisfaction.
- Covering a wide area of marketing including consumer behaviour, digital marketing, and effectiveness of marketing strategies and tactics.
- Including quality policies, quality expectations and service delivery, quality assurance as well as quality control.
- Processes involved in designing, launching, managing, and sustaining a new business.
- Multidisciplinary approach to using the information to achieve organisational objectives.
