Master of Education (Guidance & Counselling) is a particularly ideal course for those who want to expand their teaching career into the field of guidance and counselling. Advanced counselling and appraisal techniques as well as cross-cultural counselling are some of the subjects that will be useful not only for guidance counsellors but also for those who work in the human resource sector.
At UNITAR, our curriculum includes the teaching of professional guidance and assistance of the individual by utilising psychological methods mainly in collecting the case history data, using various techniques of the interpersonal interaction and assessment tools
You must meet the following requirements in order to be considered for entry to the UNITAR Master’s Programme:
Candidates without a qualification in the related fields or working experience in the relevant fields must undergo appropriate prerequisite courses determined by the HEP and meet the minimum CGPA based on (i) to (ii).
