Shareen is the Co-Founder & Managing Director of Sorga Innovation.
Prior to founding Sorga Innovation, Shareen was Chief Executive Officer of Talent Corporation, a Malaysian government agency responsible for talent strategy and planning for the country. During her tenure, she was instrumental in the design and execution of a national talent/human capital strategy and action plan with a focus on optimising top talent to meet demands of key economic growth sectors.
She champions the agenda of attracting, nurturing and retaining top talent in Malaysia, global Malaysians and global top talent to create Malaysia as a centre of excellence for high skilled talent. She actively advocates on progressive polices for future of work, women in leadership roles and in the workforce, diversity and inclusion, best practices in workplace and benchmarked Malaysia’s workplace polices and practices globally.
