UNITAR International University and Canadian University of Bangladesh Forge New Academic Partnership

UNITAR International University has officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Canadian University of Bangladesh (CUB), marking the beginning of an international academic collaboration.

UNITAR International University proudly hosted a momentous event on 17 February 2025, marking the official signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Canadian University of Bangladesh (CUB).

This collaboration, witnessed by distinguished leaders including Professor Emeritus Tan Sri Dato’ Sri Ir. Dr. Sahol Hamid bin Abu Bakar, Vice-Chancellor of UNITAR International University, and Professor Dr. Muhammad Raisuddin Ahmed, Vice President for Strategic Initiatives at CUB, paves the way for a dynamic international partnership.

The MoU signifies a significant step towards strengthening academic ties between Malaysia and Bangladesh, fostering a global exchange of knowledge, expertise, and resources.

The partnership will focus on student exchanges, faculty collaboration, and shared facilities, ensuring mutual benefits for both institutions.

Speaking at the event, Professor Emeritus Tan Sri Dato’ Sri Ir. Dr. Sahol Hamid bin Abu Bakar expressed his enthusiasm, stating, “This collaboration opens the doors to exciting opportunities, bringing two nations together through academic excellence.
